[Themaintainers] Maintainers III is coming: how you can get involved

Thanks Andy and team - really looking forward to Maintainers III!

A couple of us hope to be there from the UK community which organises the
Festival of Maintenance (this year taking place in Liverpool, September
28th). We were wondering about the idea of a panel at the event looking at
different countries perspectives on maintenance - very open to different
ideas about how this might work. If anyone else from outside the US is
planning to attend, let me know if you'd be interested in discussing a
panel submission.

Best,

Laura
