Hi all,

Really should have shared this sooner, but U.S. PIRG Ed Fund is releasing a
new Report by me and Kevin O'Reilly today which looks at the challenges in
maintaining medical devices, including ventilators. Companies restrict
repair to help their own service business, and it really undermines the
resilience of the system, and is clearly hindering COVID-19 work.
