Hi Maintainers,

We hope this email finds you well! Over the last few months, we have been
working on the Narrative of Change for The Maintainers. We have just
released the first chapter of our 2024 "Narrative of Change", which
reflects this journey and articulates our vision for the future, and we
wanted to be sure to share it with you!

Additionally, we want to pre-empt the topic of our second chapter with you
all: The Maintainers currently only has funding secured through 2024. In
the release of our second chapter coming soon, we will be sharing more
about what this means for the project, and what strategies we have, and
will continue, to implement throughout the calendar year.

You all have so directly helped shape the energy the The Maintainers holds
– so thanks for being an essential part to what this project has achieved
along the way!

We will share more explicit areas for engagement in the second chapter,
though we welcome any considerations or connections you may have for The
Maintainers as we enter into this deep strategizing season. Reach out to us
