Hi all—
As some of you may know, the Maintainers’ Monthly Maintenance Sessions
<https://themaintainers.org/monthly-maintenance-sessions/> wound down at
the end of 2025. With the blessing of past organizer Liliana and the
Maintainers Steering Committee, a few of us would like to continue hosting
these sessions, beginning in February.
If you are not familiar with the sessions yet, there is a description from
Liliana here <https://themaintainers.org/monthly-maintenance-sessions/>:
Monthly maintenance sessions are a free, virtual accountability space to
support you in prioritizing your maintenance practice.
Think of these sessions as a casual collective study hall, where we set
aside time together to dedicate to the often over-looked maintenance
required to sustain in our individual, work, and community lives. Together
we set aside dedicated time to maintain.
For those who have attended previously, we will do our best to continue to
support the spirit of these sessions and the associated community.
!!! If you are interested in attending the monthly maintenance session in
the future, please complete this POLL
<https://www.when2meet.com/?34705220-lAZPw>* to identify a time that is
best for everyone. !!! *In the poll, the time zone might not adjust to your
location automatically. For your reference: the range is set to 12PM-5PM
Eastern Time.
If you have any additional questions or suggestions about the future of
these sessions, feel free to reach out to us directly at andersenk at uncsa.edu,
cornelia.v.posch at gmail.com, and fossj117 at gmail.com
Thanks and we look forward to seeing some of you.
Best,
