[UR] How to view past performance reviews

All,

With the upcoming performance review cycle and the need to complete self-evaluations by June 20, some people have asked how to view past self-evaluations and/or performance reviews.

You should be able to view past performance reviews in Workday by following the instructions below. I don't think self-evaluations are saved separately but the content is part of the overall performance review. You can always save a PDF of your self-evaluation before submitting it.

Instructions:


  1.  In Workday, click on your photo in the top right corner and select "View Profile."
  2.  In the left-hand blue panel select "Performance." Note that you may need to first select "More" at the bottom to see this option.
  3.  The default page that comes up is for "Individual Goals" for the current performance cycle. This is indicated by the tab at the top of this page. Click on the tab to the right of it for "Performance Reviews" and you will find past performance reviews there.

Supervisors should be able to view past performance reviews for those who report to them using the same instructions but first need to select "My Team" from the general menu and then select the person for whom you wish to view the evaluation.

If you have any questions, please let me know. There are additional training sessions offered by HR next week, and I think they may distribute the presentation materials from yesterday's training before then, but I can't guarantee it.
