[Wcpr-members] Show Description Proposals Due

To all WCPR DJs:

Out of all the shows that are in our current schedule, there are only 3 show
descriptions up on the website. In addition, not all DJs are filling out BMI
sheets which we are required to fill out as per a contract we have with the
BMI people.

It is because of this that the WCPR E-Board has decided that station access
will be revoked by the end of the week if the following two requirements are
not met:

1) Show descriptions in the following format:
Show Name:
DJs:
Day/Time:
Description:
Show Website (if you have one)
a 100 x 140 pixel image/logo (if you have one)
please send them to our Web Manager, Mike Tolerico, mtoleric at stevens.edu

2) BMI sheets filled out for your show. If you are a show that does not play
music please inform us. Most DJs have been filling them out, which I am glad
to see, but not all.

These will take minimal time commitments (I wrote my news show description
in maybe 3 minutes). Please fulfill your obligations to WCPR as others have
done in the past as well as in the present.
