[Wcpr-members] Pierce Week schedule

All,

I hope everyone had a great weekend. The time has finally come - WCPR Live
In Pierce, aka *"Pierce Week" starts on Monday morning at 7:00 AM*! As
stated at last week's meeting, we will be broadcasting live from Pierce
Dining Hall for the next week during normal operational hours (7 AM -
midnight). Requests for time slots were approved on a first-come,
first-served basis. *The final schedule for this week can be found at:*

Please review the schedule to see which time-slots you are signed up for.
If you have any issues making your assigned slot(s), please e-mail
info at wcpr.org ASAP so that we may make other accommodations.

*There are still a couple of spots that have not yet been filled by a DJ*.
These time-slots are filled with a red color in the above PDF. If you are
available and willing to DJ any of these slots, please e-mail me directly
at programming at wcpr.org ASAP.

The setup is pretty simple and you shouldn't have any issues getting your
show up and running tomorrow; however, if you do run into trouble, basic
troubleshooting information will be provided next to the operation console.
Additionally, a list of contacts will be placed next to the operational
console. An eboard member will be available at all time to assist you in
the event that you run into any issues so please do not hesitate to call
the proper contact on the list if you have any questions or run into any
problems this week. We're here to help.

Thanks again for all those who signed up! I will send a reminder each day
to all those who have a slot booked. I look forward to a successful and
enjoyable week of live entertainment!
