Dear All,

Please remember that even when tired and under the weather, a 
commitment is a commitment. We were a bit shorter on personnel last 
night than we should have been, and we now have THREE rehearsals left 
until the concert.

In short, unless you're at death's door, you need to be at rehearsal. I 
am sick myself, but with a concert coming up very fast, I nevertheless 
got myself to Stevens. That's just what you do.

My thanks to everyone who toughed it out last night despite not feeling 
great.
