Dear Choir,

Our Fall Concert, "Legends & Tales," is at 8 pm on Saturday November 19 
at DeBaun Auditorium. Here are the details of the day:

2:30 TECH CALL - Stephanie and all solo/duet singers
3:00 TECH CALL - FULL CHOIR - bring folders (I will find out if we can 
keep them at DeBaun for performance week, as we will be rehearsing 
there)

TECH scheduled to as late as 5. Stutes will stay to at least 5, or 
shortly thereafter.

5-7 pm: Dinner break

7:00 pm PERFORMANCE CALL TIME - ALL SINGERS ON RISERS READY TO GO
         Note: please arrive at DeBaun fully dressed. Space backstage is 
very tight.

7:30 pm HOUSE OPENS / Choir backstage

8:00 curtain

The program order is not yet set. Chances are good it will be about an 
hour long, give or take. I suggest you do not make plans for dinner etc. 
before 9:30 at the VERY earliest, to be safe.

PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL BE REHEARSING IN DEBAUN ON MONDAY 11/14 and 
THURSDAY 11/17, at 6:45 sharp.

STUTES: please plan to rehearse on Monday as well as Thursday after 
Choir.

Three rehearsals to go! DO NOT MISS THEM. We're close, but not quite 
there yet with much of our music, and we need all hands on deck!

Dave Zimmerman just informed me that President and Mrs. Farvardin will 
be in attendance. This is the first time in the memory of anyone now in 
the department that a Stevens president has attended one of our major 
musical concerts. Let's do ourselves proud.
