[Choir] "Sicut" rough mix; "Alma" tonight

Dear Choir,

Esteemed alumnus Will Stackpole just sent me a "proof of concept" audio mix of the thus-far-submitted recordings of "Sicut cervus," and it made me cry. In a good way.

My heartfelt thanks to everyone who has already submitted, and to all the rest of you as well, because of course we'll be getting your files soon!...hint hint reminder hint...ideally by the end of this weekend.

Please DO let me know if you have to put it off longer; I want everyone in this. A virtual choir can't substitute for the experience of ensemble - which after all means "together" - but this is our "Together Apart" effort, and everyone is important.

Also writing to remind you that tonight are sectionals for the "Alma Mater" project. Times and link below.

Dear Choir,

As was the case Monday, tonight's sectionals are for those of you who do not yet feel confident on the Stevens Alma Mater, or who are so used to how Dave Z. does it in President's Ensemble that you could use a review of how I do it. 😉

The virtual choir projects include the Alma Mater, and it is my hope that most of you will submit a video for it after "Sicut cervus."
