[CSA] Dim Sum Delight: Notice to Serving Staff

Hi everyone,

For those who are going to be serving* tonight *at Dim Sum Delight will
need to be dressed in formal attire like white top/black bottom. We could
still use some volunteers so feel free to check out the volunteer form
