[Habitat] Please Read

I'm going to apologize now, but I was not able to put sufficient time into
this at all this semester and I feel like Habitat has suffered due to this.
I'm going to be stepping down as president and give the opportunity to
someone who really is into this organization to start helping this
organization become what it should be.  If you are interested or if you know
anyone who is interested in this, please let me know.  If necessary, we will
have an election.  Sorry it has come to this.
