[SDS] Meeting Minutes 11/17/10

Hey All,

I have attached the minutes from our previous GBM.  It is exceedingly long,
and I tried to bold major points from the meeting as a TLDR guide and make
it a little easier to digest.

Out next meeting will be *Wednesday December 1, at 9:00 pm in E222*

An agenda will be sent out in the next few days once it is formally
finalized, but some of the topics from last weeks meeting will continue, in
addition to *MAL Elections*.
