[SDS] GBM 2-20-13 PowerPoint Minutes

Hello Everyone,

Thanks to everyone who attended the meeting yesterday.  A lot was covered,
so to everyone who did not attend, it is imperative that you review all
attached documents (*Power Point, Constitution Revision, and the Show Packet
*).

The *Constitution Revision is very important*.  We would like to update the
*membership clause to more clearly define what makes a voting member*.  We
plan to vote this into effect at the next meeting, *March 20th*.  So be
sure to read them before then and attend the meeting.  We cannot approve
this update without an *affirmative vote from 2/3 of all Voting Members
that night*.
