[SDS] IMPORTANT! Tailgate

Everyone,

The progress we've been making so far has been astounding.  All that is left
to do now is get costumes for people.  If you are going to be at this
tailgate, email me so that I can be sure to pick up a costume for you.  What
will your costume be?  Who knows!  Just send me any sizes that are relevant
and I'll do my best.  This is day 2.  It has been quite the journey.  But by
golly it's happening.

Alright friends,

I have a list of most of what needs to be done for this tailgate.  If you
can do anything on this list, even if that means you can pick up one slice
of cheese or post one flyer in your residence hall, let me know.  I am only
one man.  Help a guy out.  Here are the things that need to be done for this
tailgate:

1)  We need grills.  At least two grills.  We can totally get these from
Athletics (Russ Rogers is the guy to talk to about this).

2)  We need to pick up mad food.  So much friggin' food:  hot dogs,
hamburgers, macaroni salad, potato salad, cookies, brownies, buns, fruits,
cheese, condiments, sliced bread, butter, idk what else.  I'll be going at
some point either today or tomorrow.  If you tag along, YOU HAVE SO MUCH
POWER IN DETERMINING WHAT FOOD IS AT THIS TAILGATE.  Chicks dig food power.

3)  We need to costumes and people to wear them.  Togas, roman military,
eunuch garb, and whatever.  More importantly, we need a list of people who
are going and what they want to wear so we can pick up costumes on Tuesday.

4)  We need people at the event to actually run things.  We need at least
two people grilling at all times, one person, handing out flyers and show
information, and one person helping the grill people by handing them what
they need as they grill the food.  That's 5 people working at all times.
This event will go from 3pm-5:30pm.

5)  We need flyers made, printed, and posted for this preferably by the end
of the day, latest by tomorrow afternoon.

6)  We need a car so we can pick up food, and a driver.  I'm a bad driver.

You're all going to receive so many emails in the next couple of days for
me.  I apologize in advance for that.

<spoiler> I'm not really that sorry. </spoiler>

Everyone,

At the SGA meeting last night, it was announced that we are given the
opportunity to host a tailgate this Wednesday at 3:00 pm for the women's
lacrosse game that starts at 4 pm.  Is this short notice?  Yes.  Will this
be difficult to pull off?  Sure.  Can we do it?  By golly, YES WE CAN!  We
are going to need all hands on deck for this event to be a success.

If you have any free time at all over the next couple of days and are
willing to help out with this email, reply to this email as soon as you can.
Trust me, I have a job for you to accomplish.  The odds may be against us,
but we are still going to put on the best tailgate of the semester.
