[SDS] Avenue Q Trip, Bio Deadlines, Eboard Meeting Times, Ad Days

Good evening everyone,

Congrats to all involved this weekend in TAP's "The World Goes Round!"

A few quick things to let you all know about:

*Ad Days*

With publicity for "Twelve Angry Men" starting to really get moving, it is
time for ad sales to begin. You should all feel free to work on sales on
your own using the materials in the show packet, but below are some
specific dates for Ad Days:

Tue. October 21st from 5-7pm
Wed. October 22nd from 4-7 pm
Sun. October 26th from 5-7 pm

For Ad Days, meet Kellie on the front steps of Walker Gym. Any questions
for this or anything else publicity, send an email to Kellie (
kverteti at stevens.edu).

*Bio Deadlines*

All actors, crew members, and everyone else involved with "Twelve Angry
Men" is entitled to a bio in the playbill. The deadline for bio submissions
is* 11:59pm on October 28th. *

*Executive Board Meeting Times*

For the rest of the semester (unless otherwise noted via email or Google
Calendar), executive board meetings will be held Sundays from 12:00 PM to
2:00 PM in Jacobus Large Conference Room.

*Avenue Q (Off) Broadway Trip*

Best for last, we are going on a trip to see Avenue Q at New World Stages
on Sunday, November 23rd at 3:00 PM. Tickets will be limited to the first
20 to sign up here <https://orgsync.com/45833/forms/122914>, and will be
$25 each. The DuckSync form will open at 2:30 PM next Sunday (10/26/14).

*SDS’s “Twelve Angry Men”* - 11/13 at 9:00 PM, 11/14 at 8:00 PM, and 11/15
at 2:00 PM & 8:00 PM

*General Body Meeting #3* – 11/19 at 9:00 PM in E222

*Executive Board Meetings* - Every Sunday at 3:00 PM in Jacobus Large
