[SDS] GBM Meeting Minutes

Hello all,

Thanks for coming to the meeting last night! We had 19 people, which means
there are at least 19 people working to make Avenue Q great. That is
inspiring, and I'm excited to see what we all do with it.

Please find the powerpoint from the meeting enclosed as well as the Show
Packet.

Here are some important takeaways from the meeting

   - Get on Slack! sds1910.slack.com. If you or a friend need an invitation
   because you do not have a Stevens email address, contact me.


   - If you're interested in set building, painting, etc, get in contact
   with Katie Brown and Aidan Racaniello. Call them, beep them (you're gonna
   want to reach them).


   - Ad Days will be run by Charles. Every member of the cast is *Required* to
   donate a minimum of one (1) ad sale or one (1) attempted hour of ad sales.


   - We want to do some one acts for the Broken performing arts festival!
   If you're interested in running/directing a one act, please get in touch
   with us (Alumni I'm looking at you too).


   - We're introducing a new tradition: Senior Sendoff! Graduating Seniors
   will be honored at our Friday Evening Cast Party this semester, so if
   you're graduating and putting in the work for Avenue Q, please come so we
   can say nice things about you and stuff.

Finally, our next General Body Meeting (location pending) is scheduled for
Wednesday, 3/16. The topic, in preparation for Load-In, is Backstage
Safety!
