[SDS] INTO THE WOODS PUBLICITY

Hello Everyone!

GET READY! With the show being less than two weeks away, we have TONS of
publicity updates for you (all having been outlined in the GBM, but now
they're here in case you forget!)!

1.) BIOGRAPHIES: For those who don't know, members of the cast and crew get
bios placed in the program! Bios should be 150(ish) or less words, should
be in the third person, and are *due WEDNESDAY* (03/29). Please email them
to us at sds at stevens.edu. If you have a bio that you want to reuse from
Avenue Q or Rumors, Slack me to let me know!

2.) HEADSHOTS: I will be stopping by tomorrow's (*Monday, 3/27*) rehearsal
to take headshots! *Please try to arrive 10-15 minutes early* so we can get
your headshot done before rehearsal. If you'd like to take your headshot at
a different time, please Slack me so we can figure out a time that works
better for you!

3.) FACULTY TICKETS: All Stevens faculty members get a free ticket to the
show, but if you really want to make them feel special and compelled to see
the show, we recommend giving them two comp tickets! Get comp tickets for a
faculty member by filling out the form at

4.) BOOSTER ADS: Booster ads are a cheap, fun way to earn a little extra
money for the society! Get your friends to pay for a bunch of them for
WHATEVER they want! (Preferably to support you or something, but as long as
they keep it school friendly they can use them for whatever they want!). A
booster ad sheet can be found attached to this email. Please get all
booster ad sheets to me by Friday (4/1) along with the money for them
they're $1 each, CHEAP, right?!)

5.) DORM STORMING: Dorm storming is a quick, fun event we do every semester
in which we storm through the on-campus dorms and dump flyers under
everyone's door! It's really fun, only takes 30-45 minutes and is a
FANTASTIC way to spread the word about our show! We will be *Dorm Storming
on* *Wednesday, April 5th*. No time has been set yet, so if you'd like to
participate but have a time that works best, send me a slack message!

6.) *PUBLICIZE!!!! *Make sure to SPREAD THE WORD! Talk about Into the Woods
with your friends, your family, and random people on the street! Make sure
to tell everyone you know to follow us on social media (facebook.com/sds1910,
twitter: @sds1910, Instagram: sds_1910), and be sure to like, comment, and
share our posts to get the word out there! The more you talk up the show,
the more people that will get to see this awesome show!! Any information
