[SDS] You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown Premiering FRIDAY & SATURDAY

Hello everyone!

The premiere of SDS's virtual production of You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown, is almost here!!! We will be streaming this production through ShowTix4U on Friday, December 4th at 8pm, and Saturday the 5th at 2pm! With charm, wit, and heart, You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown explores life through the eyes of Charlie Brown and his friends in the Peanuts gang. The cast and crew have put in some tremendous work to bring this production to life, so we hope that you will come out to support your friends and watch some magnificent theatre! Also, if you join the stream a little early, you'll get to hear a little introduction from the Director, portrayer of Charlie Brown, and good friend Derek van Rouendal!

NOTE that you must acquire a ticket from ShowTix4U prior to the stream-time to watch. Here are some quick steps to getting a ticket! -

  1.  Go to SDS's ShowTix4U events page<https://www.showtix4u.com/events/17426>, open the drop-down bar labeled "current events," and click the "Purchase" button under the You're a Good Man, Charlie Brown poster. Once you do that, there are two options, one for the Friday premiere and the other for the Saturday. Choose which premiere you'd like to attend.
  2.  Don't fret over the monetary connotation of "purchase" - these tickets are free to all!
  3.  Select the number of devices on which you'll be watching the stream (that number is most likely 1). You can also credit your ticket to a cast or crew member, but this is optional. Click "Checkout."
  4.  You'll have the option to provide a donation - while appreciated, this is also completely optional. Click "Checkout" again.
  5.  Enter your email address and first and last name. Click the final "Checkout" button.
  6.  You should see a screen that says "Confirmation" - that means you've successfully obtained your ticket! ShowTix4U will send you an email with a link to the stream and an access code. If you get a ticket by the end of the day tomorrow, the Eboard will send an additional email with the link and code as a reminder.
  7.  NOTE: please only purchase ONE TICKET PER PERFORMANCE! There are some fees on the Eboard's end that we have to pay for tickets purchased, so we don't want to pay unnecessary fees for tickets that end up not being used.
