[SGA Announcement] Greetings from the Publicity Committee - again

Sorry for sending so many of these, there has been some technical 
difficulties with the e-mail system.

Hello everybody!
We are Henry Lajoie and Morgan De Sena and we are pleased to be your new 
publicity committee heads!

We will handle any publicity requests so don’t hesitate to send us 
anything you need. A short notice about posters… Attached to this 
message is a template we would like for you to use when ordering 
posters. Since during the school year the print shop may have large 
orders or the printers may be broken, we ask that you give any poster 
orders to us at least a week before you need them so we can make sure 
you receive them in time for your events.
When submitting posters, a PDF format copy is preferable. You can send 
the original file in case your poster needs to be edited so it can be 
stamped (otherwise, modifications will be handwritten). For poster 
delivery, student mailboxes are preferable. Please note they can only 
fit about 200 8.5x11 papers, any additional/other sized papers will be 
left as a package.
If anyone has any questions or concerns about anything, please let us know!
