[srcit_announce] SRCIT backups suspended through January 17th 2012

Due to upgrades and reconfigurations of our current backup services combined
with a testing infrastructure that is still in development SRCIT is suspending
backups until the January 17th, 2012.

During this time the backup system will be reconfigured, tested and redeployed.

Please keep your own local backups for your data in the interim.
