[srcit_announce] SRCIT Downtime has ended

Due to some licensing difficulties, things took longer than needed.
All systems should now be up and able to be logged in to and used normally.

The rolling migration of data has been postponed for today due to new issues
arising from solutions required for solving the previous licensing issues.

Once the migration part of this maintenance has been rescheduled, we will send
out an announcement with the new date.
