[SWE] LeadHERship Conference: Volunteers Needed!

Hi SWEsters!


As you may know, the biennial LeadHERship Conference<https://www.stevens.edu/campus-life/diversity-and-inclusion/lore-el-center-womens-leadership/leadhership-conference/2021-leadhership-conference-schedule-workshops> at Stevens is on September 17 & 18! They are seeking volunteers to assist with tech support, check-in and general duties like greeting. All volunteers will report to Leo Pedraza, Brianne Kain and Liliana Delman. Please add your name and contact info to the sign-up sheet below if you are willing and available to help by Monday, September 13th!


Volunteers can sign-up for as many slots as are available as long as it doesn’t conflict with the same or different role at the same time. For example, if you want to sign up to be a tech-support person from 11-12:15 and then a tech support person from 1-1:45 that’s fine, but you would not sign up to be a tech-support person for two workshops at the same time.

Anyone who works the Friday keynote will be invited to the catered reception afterwards and anyone who works the conference on Saturday will be provided breakfast.
