Hi SWEsters!

We have spots open to attend the Society of Women Engineers WE21 Conference in Indianapolis, Indiana! The conference will take place at the Indianapolis Convention Center from October 21-23, 2021. We will be traveling to Indianapolis, Indiana on October 20th and traveling back to Hoboken on October 23rd. Please read this email thoroughly as it contains pertinent information about the conference.

If you want to attend the conference you are responsible for the following:

  * You are responsible for paying a maximum of $100 out of pocket to attend the Conference. It could end up being less but won’t be any more. Once you accept your invitation, you will be expected to pay the set amount or are responsible for finding a replacement for your spot. This would cover your entire cost of attendance, including flights and hotels.
  * You are required to be a national member of the Society of Women Engineers in order to attend. There are two membership options - the Standard Collegiate Membership is $20 and you will have to renew each year. The College to Career (C2C) Membership is $50 and will last you your entire college career plus one additional year after you graduate. We recommend this option for those who are first or second year students who plan to stay involved in SWE in the future. Follow this link to learn how to make an account and purchase a membership if you don’t have one already: https://swe.org/membership/collegiate-membership/<https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fswe.org%2Fmembership%2Fcollegiate-membership%2F&data=04%7C01%7Cadiazgon%40stevens.edu%7Cbe6f1d7896944af722ed08d976d60d87%7C8d1a69ec03b54345ae21dad112f5fb4f%7C0%7C0%7C637671483993156043%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJWIjoiMC4wLjAwMDAiLCJQIjoiV2luMzIiLCJBTiI6Ik1haWwiLCJXVCI6Mn0%3D%7C1000&sdata=Hxv3OBa5eKkFm3uCcW7EBvck9b85Aw4ok3MZCnDKB5g%3D&reserved=0>.
