*BASIC FUNCTION:    *

Additional responsibilities for this role include:

   - Manage technical projects and technical support for a sales region
   - Research, and reports information on the selection of adhesive
   products, specification of manufacturing processes / equipment, and
   troubleshooting / failure analysis
   - Review and report on the ability and capacity of company products and
   competing equipment
   - Aid in the design and development of equipment, systems and redesign to
   existing equipment to fulfill the needs of customers
   - Work as a technical liaison with customers, sales, marketing,
   manufacturing and R&D.
   - Provide technical training and engineering support to close business,
   identify new product development opportunities, trouble shoot and provide
   equipment functionality and capability reports.
   - Travel required up to 30% depending on business needs.



*JOB SPECIFICATION:*

B.S. Engineering, Chemical Engineering,

G.P.A. of 3.3 or higher preferred.

1 to 3 years of demonstrated related experience in manufacturing and
statistical analysis.

Customer support experience (providing product application training)

Demonstrated project management and laboratory skills

Strong customer relations and interpersonal skills

Sense of urgency, self starter – takes the initiative

Communication skills, including presentations, training, technical writing

Able to perform the responsibilities and duties of the position
