Today at 5PM in Fielding (3rd floor Howe), Stevens ChemE alumnus Brianna
Evans will be holding an info session for the US Navy's Nuclear Propulsion
Officer Candidate (NUPOC) Program.

If you are interested in military service that also allows you to use your
engineering education and receive a stipend while still in school, this is
a fantastic program. Students can apply for entry into the program as soon
as their sophomore year, but freshmen are also encouraged to attend!

Hi,

I am emailing each of you because I understand you are on the executive
board for the AIChE chapter at Stevens. I am a recent chemical engineering
graduate who was selected for the United States Navy NUPOC Program as a
Nuclear Reactor Engineer.

Until I get my security clearance I am spending my time promoting this
program at New Jersey tech schools, including Stevens, and another
recruiter and I will be holding an information session *today (11/8) at 5PM
in Fielding (3rd Floor of Howe)*.

We will be discussing the various positions available in the Navy's Nuclear
Propulsion Officer Candidate (NUPOC) Program, for which students can apply
for as soon as sophomore year and begin getting paid during school.

I am emailing to ask if you are willing to send this notice out to
AIChE members at Stevens to raise awareness for the event and program.
