CONCERT BAND/JAZZ BAND

It is EXTREMELY IMPORTANT after you great your guests in the lobby, you return to the stage and load the van with the Jazz Band and Concert Band equipment. (this may include your instrument)
It must be REMOVED Saturday night and returned to the music room. This will take approximately 30 minutes.
It may take two trips but with people at the theater loading the truck, people at the Howe Center unloading the truck and putting equipment on the elevator, and people on the fourth floor clearing the elevator and putting it away this will go very quickly.
EVERYONE MUST PARTICIPATE IN THE EQUIPMENT MOVE!
If you are meeting family afterward, please tell them you will meet them in 30-40 minutes.
