[ConcertBand] REMINDER

Hello all.
Just a reminder:

Our Tech rehearsal will begin at 12:00 Noon Saturday.
If you are in the brass ensemble, woodwind ensemble or saxophone quintet please be there at 12:00. You will play on the stage, balcony etc.
While one group is getting on the stage another can get practice time back stage etc.
The full concert band could begin to run through a few numbers by 1:00 if the ensembles are ready to go at 12:00. You must be on time.
We will have most of the afternoon off then must be back for 6:30 call for warm up and tune. The house must open promptly at 7:30.

Please communicate with each other and make sure all members of the ensembles are ready to begin at 12:00 and the concert ready for 1:00.

See you all Saturday.
