Greetings ALL.
WE NEED YOUR HELP
We are moving all of the concert band equipment from the music room Sunday afternoon. (tubas, stands, tymp, any instruments we can)
This is necessary for us to begin on time for our dress rehearsal,
6:00 and so I can get you out on time.
I have use of the truck so we need everyone there to help.
4th fl(equip to elev) lobby (equip to truck)
DeBaun (load in) If everyone comes we can get done in one hour.
PLEASE MEET ME IN THE MUSIC ROOM AT 2:00 PM Sunday  to make this move as painless as possible.I will do the set up and you can return for a 6:00 start.
