[ConcertBand] fall classes

Please pass along to anyone who is interested:

Students were experiencing some difficulty registering for HMU 490 
concert band and Hmu 491 jazz band in the fall.
They were mistakenly closed by restriction.
This has been corrected and everyone can now register.
If you have any other difficukly please advise me right away.
