[cs615asa] hw4 security groups

not sure, ill let you know how its working for me later tonight. (maybe open
it up an all ports to all ips and see if it works...)

on a unrelated note, is anyone having issues with tcpdump writing to a file?
when i give it the -F flag it doesn't filter traffic (i see my
ssh connection spam to the terminal, and the file stays blank :(
