[cs615asa] any idea of entering the passphrase for key

Hello
I am getting asking for password when I want to log in
ssh -i mykey.pem root at publicIP
to enter the passphrase for key 'mykey.pem':
then says :
Permission denied
(gssapi-keyex,gssapi-with-mic,publickey,keyboard-interactive).

I tried to find a solution through amazon forums and google but no solution.

Any help is appreciated.
