We will be having Team Building Inc. come to campus to conduct several
workshops and activities for the Ethnic RSO leaders and members.
This is a great way for you all to learn about different leadership styles
and build relationship with members of other RSOs!

Breakfast (tentatively provided by ESC)

Behavioral style overview/ice breaker, take and score DISC profile, overview
and explanation of styles
10:15 am
Break
10:30 am
Discuss application of the DISC profile
12:00 pm
Lunch (provided by ESC)
1:30 pm
Experience styles in action in Team Olympics activities out on Schafer Lawn
(weather permitting)
