[FAST] Minor Board Nominations are Now Open!

ANNOUNCEMENT:

 

Minor board nominations are open!

Elections will be held on Tuesday, April 16 during our next GBM.

Please email your nominations to your new Secretary, Jaymie Basilio @
jbasilio at stevens.edu.

 

Available positions (Open for all members!):

 


Web Chair

.         Manages the FAST Ducksync and website and notifies Eboard of all
updates.

.         Helps manage the FAST Facebook, Tumblr, and Twitter.

.         Current Web Chair: Jane Malasig (jmalasig at stevens.edu) 

 


Historian

.         Takes photos and videos during FAST-related events for use on the
website, Facebook, flyers, etc.

.         Updates the FAST family trees and matches bigs with new littles.

.         Current Historian: Angelia Umali (aumali1 at stevens.edu) 

 


Public Relations Chair

.         Ensures notifications of FAST events and activities to Stevens
Publicity Club and other electronic resources.

.         Creates and distributes event flyers and advertisements.

.         Current Public Relations Chair: Gwenn Flores (gflores at stevens.edu)

 


Cultural Chair

.         Informs the general body of Filipino culture-related news and
events during meetings.

.         Creates and manages games that will be employed at GBMs.

.         Current Co-Cultural Chairs:

                                         Roselynn Imperial
(rimperia at stevens.edu) and Abel Teano (ateano at stevens.edu)

 


Alumni Chair

.         Maintains contact information of FAST alumni and graduating
seniors

.         Notifies alumni of upcoming events at least once a month

.         Current Alumni Chair: Jonathan Drosos (jdrosos at stevens.edu)

 


Recruitment Chair

.         Plans and manages recruiting-related events, including but not
limited to Club Fair, President's Tea, etc.

.         Organizes icebreakers at formal meetings.

.         Current Recruitment Chair: Jose Hautea (jhautea at stevens.edu) 

 


Performance Director

.         Plans and organizes performances undertaken by FAST, especially
for ESC's Unity.

.         Oversees all preparations including the management of required
roles (choreographers, script writers, actors, dancers, etc.)

.         Current Performance Director: Milcah Umali (mumali at stevens.edu)

 


Assistant Performance Director

.         Assists the performance director in fulfillment and delegation of
duties.

.         Current Assistant Performance Director: Jose Hautea
(jhautea at stevens.edu)
