[Sgdc] Elections

As per our constitution, we have to choose our eboard/fearless leaders for
next semester.  We have four spots, with brief summaries:

President - macro-manages everything
Vice President - helps manage everything?
Publicity Manager/Secretary - manages things that require writing
Business Manager/Treasurer - manages things that require money

If you would like to help us next year, reply by the monday after spring
break.  Being on the eboard of the sgdc will look good on your resume!  We
promise!
