Hey everyone,

Thank you to everyone who came out to the Princeton Review MCAT strategy
session today. Princeton Review has numerous free resources that should
definitely be taken advantage of! Attached in this email is the handout
that was distributed today which details the new MCAT format, prices for
prep classes, and links to their website with great resources including a
search engine that can help you explore different medical schools. This can
be a very helpful tool when making your list of schools that you are
applying to.

Congratulations to the attendees today who won the free giveaways today
including a box of MCAT flashcards and the Best 167 Medical Schools book.

An early announcement for next week: Tushar Patel will be giving a
presentation next Wednesday regarding Organ and Tissue donation which will
be very interesting. Details to come!

***Good news for the CPR course that that we are hosting on March 16th:
SHPC will be covering the cost of the class which includes the instructor
fee (who will provide Manikins, workbooks, and DVD's) as well as a
certification card from the American Heart Association which can be used
for employment, clinical, or resume purposes. We will be releasing a Google
form soon; first come first serve.

Lastly, Vice President James Priftakis will be heading up the Blood Drive
which will take place later in the semester. He will handle volunteers and
other related things.

Yours truly,

SHPC Eboard
