[SHRC] Meeting tonight and an update on cars

I'm happy to announce that SHRC now owns four miniature RC cars, on separate
channels. We can begin designing the laser circuits and track layout. We'll
be meeting in Jacobus at 9:30 to plan. I hope to see you there.
