[Themaintainers] The (almost) secret workshops below Capitol Hill

There are more than two hundred pianos at Harvard: Steinway grands for
performance, blond Baldwins and Yamahas in music-department practice
spaces, the odd worn-down spinet in a house common room... I suspect most
universities of similar size have inventories like this. Here, there's a
workshop tucked away in a WWII-era temporary building on the edge of the
Divinity School campus, staffed by a half-dozen piano technicians who make
the campus rounds maintaining these instruments.
