[Themaintainers] Introducing Jessica Meyerson, Our New Maintainers Co-Director

Hi, everybody.

As you many of you know, The Maintainers has been growing and evolving a
lot this past year. One of those changes is that Jessica Meyerson recently
became the third co-equal co-director of the group, along with Andy Russell
and me. Andy and I wrote this blog post to explain how/why this move made
sense and why we are so grateful to have Jess in our lives and to be led by
her.
