[Themaintainers] Blog Post on Maintenance and Disability Studies

Hi, everyone.

Today we put up the first of two blog posts by the disability studies
scholar Hanna Herdegen, a PhD student in Science, Technology, and Society
at Virginia Tech. The posts examine the intersections between disability
and maintenance, something that was also explored in a great panel at
Maintainers II.
