speaking of dependencies, there is https://backyourstack.com which
lets you explore some of the dependencies of your GitHub organisations
or personal account.

Here in the french public administration, along with the list of the
source code repositories we publish, we do also provide an overview of
the main dependencies: https://code.etalab.gouv.fr/fr/deps

We are not actively using this information yet, but we have some ideas.
