Hi, the UK Government (the Infrastructure and Projects Authority - part of the Cabinet Office) has a number of recently published documents that might be of interest:

IPA blog: Building back better, greener, faster: transforming the construction sector. Highly aspirational, although I was slightly disappointed to see the graphic with their 'eight principles for project success' showing a project life cycle ending with 'entry into service'(!).
