[Themaintainers] Requesting Feedback on the Maintenance Community Framework

Hi, everybody.

Maintainers community member Greg Bloom caught that my email said we'd
close the survey by February 16th, which is . . . in the past. Whoops!
Thanks for the catch, Greg! That's the danger of using old draft language,
and also a testament of how behind we are in COVID times.

We'll actually be leaving the survey open until April 1 - though we ask
that you don't fill it with April Fool's gags!
