Please note that while the notice sent out by Frank R. sounds like a 
very worthy opportunity, they are proposing a possible Thursday Oct. 27 
rehearsal date. This is too close to comfort for our Choir concert, 
which is early this year. Please do not volunteer to do this Haunting 
project without making it clear that you are NOT available on Thursday 
Oct 27, due to your previous commitment to the Stevens Choir. Thank you.

  Hello All,

Frank Riccobono here with a fun way to support a great cause.  Each
year for the past four years, I have participated in a haunted hayride 
/
haunted house to raise money for breast cancer research.  The event
takes place in a nature preserve in Hartsdale, NY.  It's a lot of fun
and we usually have hundreds of guests.  This year I am directing the
event, and as always, I need TONS of volunteers who are willing to don
crazy costumes and fantastic makeup to scare the living out of...well,
the living :)  No prior acting experience is required.


Below are the rehearsals as well as the date of the performance.  If
you want to be involved you must be at ALL of the rehearsals to ensure
the smoothest preparation for this event. As always, rehearsals and the
event will take place at Hart's Brook Park and Reserve in Hartsdale,
NY.  Although Hartsdale is a bit of a distance from Hoboken, there are
only two rehearsals and one performance.

SUNDAY OCTOBER 9
6:30 - 9:00 pm

SATURDAY OCTOBER 22
6:30 - 9:00 pm

(IF WE FEEL WE NEED IT, WE MAY ADD A REHEARSAL ON THURSDAY OCTOBER 27.)

THE EVENT WILL TAKE PLACE ON FRIDAY OCTOBER 28
  FROM 7 TO 10 PM.
  YOU WILL NEED TO ARRIVE NO LATER THAN 5 PM THAT DAY TO PREPARE.
(Rain date: Saturday October 30)

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 1 to let me know if you would like to participate.
I want tons of people for this one so tell your friends and family 
about
this too! We are looking to fill 60-80 roles this year!
