IF YOU NEED TO PAY FOR YOUR OUTFIT WITH DUCKBILLS:

Robert Gonzales, cc'd here, has the machine down at his office in the 
Edwin Stevens building, just outside DeBaun's entrance (his office is on 
the right just inside the big front doors leading outside). You'll need 
to make a brief appointment, just to be sure he'll be there when you
