[Choir] Concert info for tomorrow

Dear Choir!

Here's the rundown for tomorrow:

11:00: BE ONSTAGE ready for tech. No need to be in outfits for this. We 
DO need to focus - there will be a number of logistical things to deal 
with, in addition to quick reviews of pertinent bits of music (I hope 
you've been using those midi files!).

12:30: assuming all goes well the larger Choir will be released, but 
President's Ensemble, the Ragtime Trio & soloist for "Come Ready & See 
Me" will stay until about 1:00.

READERS - please be prepared to step to the mics during tech itself, 
and remember the points from the brief coachings we did a few days back.

2:00: BE ONSTAGE for final pre-concert warm-up & review. Please be 
fully dressed at this point. DeBaun offers very little in the way of 
dressing room facilities, especially for a large group.

2:30: house opens

3:00: curtain

I will hazard a guess that the concert will last about 1.5 hours.

You've been sounding great this past week, and I'm very much looking 
forward to tomorrow!
