[Choir] HEM Schedule - for those who wrote in, and those who need to

Dear All -

This is for those of you who have written in to schedule time for hem 
measurements, AND for those who need to, but haven't yet.

First group - please check below for accuracy, and thank you for your 
response!

Second group - please note where there are openings below before writing 
in to request a spot. Claire has kindly agreed to help tomorrow, so we 
can have two people at once, but more than that is really not feasible. 
Think in terms of about 10 minute increments, give or take.
