Dear Choir,

Here are the call times for tomorrow:

TECH (no outfits needed):
2:30 Stephanie & solo singers - Kathy, Bayindir, Mike M (if you would
like help warming up, arrive at 2:15)
2:45 Poetry Readers who have not yet worked on the microphone (those who
couldn't come Thursday)

3:00 SOPRANO SECTION - ALL SOPRANOS, 1st & 2nd. THIS IS PARTICULARLY FOR
OB-LA-DI, AND EVERYONE MUST BE ON TIME. THERE CONTINUE TO BE SOME
SERIOUS ISSUES.
3:15 ALTOS join - primarily for spot checks on Boh. Rhap.
3:25 TENORS join - primarily for spot checks on Boh. Rhap.
3:30 BARI/BASSES join

3:30-4:00: full choir - musical review

4:00 Brief break
4:15 ALL BACK TO STAGE - run concert logistics (getting on/off stage,
who moves where when)

4:35 PRESIDENT'S ENSEMBLE - all members need to be present for
logistics. THINGS WILL BE DIFFERENT THIS CONCERT, because we do not have
stairs.

5:00 If possible, release Choir and turn space over to President's
Ensemble until 5:30

5:30-7:00 BREAK

7:00 FULL CHOIR ONSTAGE for final warm-up/musical reminders - please
arrive dressed (men w/new tuxes - a couple of you don't have your tie &
cummerbund. Those will be at DeBaun for you)
7:30 HOUSE OPENS (audience may be seated)
8:00 CONCERT STARTS

I estimate the concert will last around an hour.

Please wear comfortable shoes (that are black). There won't be an
opportunity to sit during the concert.
