Tonight's Topics in Choral Music looks at music for the two aspects of Halloween  (All Hallows' Eve)

  *   The holiday's older roles - marking the "thinning of the veil between the worlds" as the seasons change; as a precursor of All Saint's Day, and as a time to remember the dead
  *   Today's fun holiday of costume parties, trick-or-treat, and monster decor

We'll look at music on both sides of that coin, and one piece from a show that encompasses both values ("The Addams Family," of course!)
