[SDS] The Wedding Singer Audition Information

Hey All,

I just wanted to give you all information regarding Auditions for *The
Wedding Singer*. As you all know, Auditions will be Tuesday, January 24th
and Wednesday, January 25th, at 9PM in E230.

Just so that you're all prepared, the director, Josh, would like you all to
prepare 16 - 32 bars of a musical theatre song that is appropriate for the
show OR an 80s pop or rock song. He also requests that all interested in
auditioning have the sheet music in the appropriate key with them, marked
from start to finish. (The music director, Robert, will be available to
play a piano accompaniment.) Josh encourages preparing not only the song
vocally but also the performance/story of the selection. He discourages a
cappella or taped accompaniment.
